Well, I'm in week 11 and I feel like I've entered into the 2nd trimester. I'm not really nauseated and I'm actually more hungry. I have a tiny pooch (we'll start taking pictures next week maybe)! The only negative thing is that I've gotten real bad heartburn at night after dinner. Doesn't matter what I eat or when! I think I just need to eat less even though my stomach is saying MORE! MORE!
Above is the sonogram from week 7. It was just a little gummi bear then, but now its over 2 inches!

Spread out your eating during the day so you're not hungry at night (spoil your appetite). Stuff your face all day, but make it healthy nutritious stuffing with generous portions of protein. Try exercising just before your last meal of the day as this will speed up digestion. Twenty to thirty minutes after dinner have a small piece of dark chocolate for dessert.

Great advice! But then again, Leah, if you're just gosh darn hungry, eat! But yes, try to eat healthy throughout the day with maybe one to two cheat meals max per week. I obviously ate a LOT (therefore gained a lot of weight) and had a huge baby. :) Let us know if you and Dil decide to come to LA for July 4th. Would love to see you pregnant in the midst of the 2nd trimester.
